I approached the girl who took my order and asked her to check on my smoothie. Without even looking, she told me that they only had three people working and that it would take a while. I acknowledged that and continued to watch as five more people received their orders, including some who had skipped the line.
Frustrated, I stepped back up and asked for a refund since it was now 8:00 PM and it was clear that I had been overlooked. They asked for my name, then looked around for my receipt but couldn’t find it. Instead, they printed a copy of my order, not the refund. The girl assured me that the refund would be back in my account in two days. There was no apology or offer to make my smoothie...
I've lost count of how many times I've visited this place. The staff are consistently friendly, and I've even made friends with one of them, which is nice! My usual favorites are the spinach chicken Caesar wrap and the dream açaí bowl. Recently, I've started ordering pick-up through the app, and it usually arrives within 15 minutes unless they're super busy. The atmosphere is great for a quick meal, and they offer a wide variety of menu options. I always recommend it!
The food and drinks at this restaurant are always fresh, and the staff is very friendly. The café is always clean. My wife and I both enjoyed the Turkey Avocado Wrap and the Cilantro Chicken Wrap, as they had great taste and were excellent. We also had a delicious Pink Power Smoothie.
The staff is lovely, quick, and accommodating. I ordered a banana smoothie without nuts (due to allergies) but was surprised that the small size cost $5 and the slightly larger size cost $7. It was not worth the price. The smoothie tasted good, but was not great.

Service is impressively slow even without any line. Most of the help moved very slow or did nothing while guests waited.. Weakest service of any Bryond Juicery in region. Order online long ahead to give them extra time for preparation.
We visited this place for smoothies and food. The Chicken Caesar wrap was very good, and the gluten-free strawberry bowl was delicious. The Very Berry smoothie was excellent as well. We will definitely be back!

Great food but I feel sorry for the workers. They are extremely understaffed ESPECIALLY during an up and coming holiday. Should definitely get more employees!
