I recently had a wonderful experience at BGR, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Darlene. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor made my visit truly enjoyable. What impressed me the most was that she recognized me as a regular customer and went above and beyond to make sure I was treated well. If all of BGR's employees were as dedicated and customer-oriented as Darlene, there's no doubt the company would achieve great success. Keep up the excellent work!
This restaurant always seems to forget something! I ordered a burger and a milkshake, but my milkshake never arrived. It's a mystery how they can stay in business and still manage to leave out parts of the order, especially when they regularly receive DoorDash orders. It's frustrating and irritating. Additionally, if you make any modifications to your burger, they are likely to mess it up. The food is decent, but dealing with these issues is not worth the trouble.
I need to give my compliments to every single person involved in getting me this burger. I eat this burger so f’ing much they need to be sponsoring me. I eat this burger so f’ing much and it never f’ing misses. You need this burger in your life. Every time i get this f’ing burger i have the best day of my life. Get it cooked medium, dont play yourself!

Consistently perfect experience every time. The quality of the food is always exceptional, with everything being fresh. The owner is incredibly kind and helpful. Don't hesitate to place an order - you won't leave hungry, just like after a Sunday dinner!
The cheeseburger shown in the advertisement was a large steak burger patty, but what was received tonight was not the same. It was flavorful but a bit dry, and it was topped with an unnecessarily large leaf of lettuce. Oh my gosh!
Best burgers around and they are the ONLY place who know how to properly make a milkshake. Plus the people who work here are just friendly, good, hard workers. I hope this place sticks around for a long time.Food: 5/5
