It is refreshing to have a burger joint that asks how you cooked your beef (rare, medium, well made) and is made fresh on order vs a place that throws a bunch of patties on the grill and assumes that everyone like them cooked in the same way. On all Gourmetburger options, sandwiches with toppings that there are many can be completely customized. So said the burger was made right, good, obviously fresh and juicy (quality beef) but I wasn't necessarily above the moon. I recently had a wonderful experience at BGR, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Darlene. Her attentiveness and friendly demeanor made my visit truly enjoyable. What impressed me the most was that she recognized me as a regular customer and went above and beyond to make sure I was treated well. If all of BGR's employees were as dedicated and customer-oriented as Darlene, there's no doubt the company would achieve great success. Keep up the excellent work!
I just have to give this place 5 stars! If I could do more I would! Darlene the manager has a beautiful infectious personality. She made me feel like I was ordering momma food. I tried the Reuben Burger...my God! Juicy, delicious and fresh! The garlic fries was hot and seasoned to perfection! The establishment is clean and the atmosphere was the bomb! Definitely will be returning!

I am here for the first time and OMG, this place is absolutely incredible!!! Honestly, it was the best turkeyburger deluxe I've ever had, and the shake they had recommended was absolutely stunning! I thank God that I found this place, it was amazing!!!! After all, the customer service was impeccable. How really really really perfect
Hospitality was a 5-star restaurant. Darlene greeted my family and I with a welcoming Hello. Darlene encouraged the staff to engage and assist in checking the menu. The food was fresh and arrived in time. The ambience offers to watch a sporty event and you can bring a liberation or two!!!
To the necessity of a beautiful juicy burger, next to the station, is your place. Also chicken wings, I had special Kentucky Bourbon style today, and was good and full taste with onion rings, is my second time in this place, and I really enjoy it. I recommend it.
It was my first time there and my chicken breast sandwich with lettuce as my bun was DELICIOUS. The young lady Darlene was very pleasant and professional. As a restaurant owner myself, customer service is very important....I'LL BE BACK!!!!

Best burgers this side of Jersey! Cooked to perfection and fresh. Sweet potato fries were delish. Hubby had a cheeseburger and The team at this establishment is attentive and warm. Will be back soon and telling others all about it!
