The Chicken Shawarma Sandwich at this restaurant is simply amazing. In addition to the delicious Shawarma and Shakshuka, they also offer tasty yogurt and fruit salads. The pita bread is a must-try and they can customize any smoothie to your liking. The service is excellent and the management is efficient. It's a popular spot in Montclair, frequented by a variety of people including students. You can even sit outside with your dogs and enjoy a meal - I'm sure they will love it too.
Used to come to this place all the time when they had their location on Glenridge. Visited their new location off of Valley thinking same old Mish Mish. Oh how wrong I was. Self service, bland, and overpriced. 4 dollar spindrift cans. What an upsetting experience to see a restaurant you used to frequent every week become so very basic and underwhelming.
First time here, I cannot describe how delicious the food was. My girlfriend and I had 3 meals, grilled chicken shawarma pita, vegan strong, moroccan vegan meatballs. All 3 items were packed with flavors, and well presented. The interior was nice and definately a spot to go to enjoy a quick bite.
Amazing experience at this warm and cozy Mediterranean middle eastern restaurant. The food is high quality and simply delicious! The Spanish Octopus was quite good. Highlight of the night was the Lamb Meatballs w/ Poached Eggs, fantastic red pepper tomato sauce, and feta cheese. Fantastic!!! Also had a berry compote dessert that was so unique and flavorful! Definitely worth trying.
One of my go to places for fairly priced entrees with many healthy and vegetarian choices. Great for breakfast brunch lunch and dinner. Mish mish sandwich one of my favs. Very nice service. Never had a bad meal.
