There are more coffee establishments in Gymea than probably any other part of Sydney, given our little main street that says a lot!!Amongst them are individual gems, businesses set up by a "newbie" or such starting out..then there are the franchises.. followed by those who own several businesses.Enter Bianchinis..Opened with a lot of concern due to its operators having vast personal business interests around The Shire.I wont go into it. Beautiful morning and time for coffee. Gave this place a shot after a few visits with slow service and average food. Today the service was pleasant and efficient from the girls, but there are always general undertones of the lads being too cool for school which sets the 'W' factor far too high for what you receive. There is a place in Gymea for W'ing it up a bit but this is too much, I just don't want to spend my money here, shame as it could be really good.
We had lunch with a friend and quite enjoyed it. The food was generously portioned, not overpriced and quite delicious. It's nice that this cafe is 'off the main drag' - so to speak and has a good casual vibe. It's great that they also serve beer here, so you could have just a coffee, or brunch or lunch and beer. Only real downside was that they ran out of water in the communal water jug and didn't re-fill it which was a bit annoying on a hot day.
Tried this place a second time after a poor experience before. Unfortunately wont be back. The spicy eggs were tasteless, the coffee pretty weak and not up to standarsd of other places in Gymea. Should do so much better

Tables inside and out.Staff friendly and service quick.Most of our meals were good but my steak sandwich wasnt.Tough rubbery steak and blunt knifes didnt help. Yes I would go again but would another selection.
Great bacon egg baby spinach and chilli jam bread roll, great coffee, the menu has a good variety to choose from, another nice little cafe in Gymea, indoor and outdoor seating.
Went in with 4 hungry kids and two exhausted mums . Filled us all up with great quality food and excellent sevice left w two happy mums and 4 satisfied kids.
Arrived to meet a mate for brunchMost of the empty tables were not bussed (refreshed) after the previous diners.
