BIBIBOP is one of my favorite fast casual health focused restaurants around. I've been to this location for work lunches, quick dinners or whenever I'm not in the mood to cook but don't want to sacrifice health. Nearly everything is a whole unprocessed food! Something for everyone and very vegan friendly!! The line moves along quickly and the staff is helpful and works hard to keep the restaurant looking nice. There's a clean bright vibe about the space, plenty of seating options, and of course, I can't pass up the free miso soup. Overall BIBIBOP is a wonderful spot and I'll be back soon! Perfect to hit Whole Foods on your way in or out too.
I'm not even sure how the food tastes. I was passing through Cleveland and stopped here to use the bathroom before placing an order. Unfortunately, it was absolutely disgusting. When I went to order, I noticed that the overall cleanliness was quite concerning. The employees were using the same gloves to pick up items from the floor, scratch their heads, and adjust their pants, and then they went on to prepare someone else's order. I couldn't stay after seeing that, so I just left. Call me overly cautious or whatever, but that was enough for me to determine the standards at this place!
Food is ok. I visited 2 times when I passed that city. Becareful when you pay with credit card. They suddenly charged my credit card. It looks like they have my credit card number in their system. They charged my credit card when I was not there. I was not visiting that restaurant and not in that city either. I called them to get my refund and they promised me to give me the refund. They asked me about my phone number and email address. However, they never refund my money! This is really bad experience and I never has this issue before.
I love this spot! My bowls are always on point! I love the selection of food items. Sometimes, it's hard to find a spot with vegan options. I get a tofu bowl with purple rice! They also have sweet potato noodles, which are amazing! I top my bowls off with kale, they have some cooked potatoes that are quite tasty as well, purple cabbage, corn, cumcumbers, carrots, and bean sprouts.They are quite busy at times, but the wait in line is never too long and the staff are always warm and welcoming! I've been to Bibiop many times, but I decided to visit this location to try the Korean beef bowl, and it did not disappoint! The beef was tender and packed with flavor. I was also thrilled to see that they’ve brought back the free miso soup! On my visit, I checked out the ladies' restroom, and it was clean and well-maintained. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and was very satisfied with my bowl! Food: 5/5
I placed an online order, went inside 5 min after it was to ready. No one knew of my order after I informed them I still had to wait more than 15 min. It rarely takes that long in BIBIBOP even when it's busy. While the service was lacking that day the food was still tasty as usual. I had a chicken bowl.Food: 4/5
It’s an interesting concept kind of like chipotle, but for Asian food. The bowls are very generous in size. I usually can’t finish it in one sitting the prices are very reasonable. It’s a good place to bring the kids sometimes to eat when we are sick of some of the usual spots for fast casual.
Great Yelp event at a flavorful contemporary eatery. We both enjoyed Korean Beef and Noodle Bowls. I'm looking to try my own build next time. The service was friendly and quick.
