Bibo Ibiza Bay - Tisch resevieren

We love Bibo Tarifa. I start with this title because I think that the error of last night's experience is that this Bibo was the one from Ibiza. This year we wanted to try Bibo Ibiza and the experience was not pleasant. We invited some friends who live next to the Nobu hotel for dinner. We recommend the oxtail and co onudo brioches as starters (those never fail) and they were delicious. We continue with the Robuchon style prawns. The problem came with the old cow ribeye. Each one helped themselves to a piece and surprise: the chef went too far with the salt (a lot). After the experience in other restaurants such as BiBo Madrid, Lobito de Mar or FS, this BiBo Ibiza Bay disappoints: overcrowded, poor management of our reservation, dining room with smell/smoke from the kitchen and shouting orders. The discount offered on the final bill for the inconvenience was appreciated, but I would not recommend it. Edited April 24: I'm republishing the review because it had been deleted.
