Unfortunately, there were no menus or prices displayed, so I decided to order the only item I saw on their banner outside: pupusas (a filled and grilled cornmeal cake popular in El Salvador and Honduras). The woman asked, "meata?" Assuming she was inquiring about a meat filling and unaware of the other options available, I agreed to two meat-filled pupusas. She promptly began making them from scratch.
Noticing the absence of a credit card machine or ATM, I guessed that the restaurant only accepted cash, so I stepped out to withdraw some. When I returned, the two steaming meat pupusas were ready for me, accompanied by a bag of tomato sauce and a bag of some type of coleslaw. At the register,...
As for the food, the pupusas were tasty, though a bit saltier than I prefer. However, I enjoyed the peppered cabbage/coleslaw, known as curtido (pronounced {Coor-tee-doh}). Overall, the food was good—better than many places I've tried. I should mention that I come from a family that makes pupusas; my mother ran her own place back in the day, and both my sister-in-law and my wife also make them frequently. I consider myself somewhat of an expert on the subject!
So, in summary, the pupusas here are worth a try. Maybe next time I'm in the area, they’ll be in a better mood. Despite my experience, I would consider stopping by again.
My wife and I are big fans of this place for breakfast and lunch. The eggs with onions and tomatoes wrapped in tortillas, paired with their homemade salsas and sauces, create an amazing breakfast burrito. The lunch buffet is crafted with care! It’s a fantastic little spot to enjoy something different from your usual options. Treat your taste buds to a taste of Central America!
If you judge books by their cover you are going to miss the opratunity to enjoy a delicious home cooked Spanish meal. If I lived closer I would be a regular and I would bring it home to my family. The gravy my chicken was cooked in was so good that I wish I could have had a cup of it so could drink it. Awesome stuff!

This is a fantastic farmer's market with a wide selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. They offer a great variety of health foods at affordable prices. The staff is very friendly, too. If you're in search of fresh veggies, this place is a must-visit!
A group of dishonest individuals. They will charge you for a pack of cigarettes even if you don't buy one. Then, when you return to the store to get your money back, they behave as if you are the one lying. Be cautious, as they are not to be trusted.
This is a fantastic restaurant! Their pupusas are the best in the area, and the customer service is excellent. If you're looking for authentic Salvadoran food, this is the place to go!
