Visited three times during our week long stay with friends and were amazed by the nicely balanced menu and the quality of the food and wine. Helpful and friendly service. Enjoyed visiting other good restaurants in the area, but rated this the highest on the quality of the food. Yohann is doing a fabulous job here, all with fresh ingredients. On our last evening, he spent half an hour chatting to us about his experiences as a chef and his hopes and plans for the restaurant. Thoroughly recommended.
We first ate here two years ago when Johan had only just started with a limited menu. This year it is fabulous and offers a great selection of food. The entrecotes are cooked to perfection as is the creme brulee. Try something completely different as in the duck shepherds pie which contains wonderful confit du canard topped with a very creamy mashed potato with a cheese topping. Had four excellent meals. See you again soon!
Located on the HPB Site at Constant, we enjoyed a good meal which was spoilt slightly by the too quick service. The three courses were served inside an hour, even though the restaurant was half full. This lead us to believe the dishes were preprepared, rather than cooked to order. We would have preferred a more leisurely meal, but having said that, the food was fine, although a little pricey.
atypical from its location (in an isolated village exclusively English-speaking), this restaurant is really to be discovered. a chef from the raw, local products, cooking and presentation are effective. an excellent family moment that ends with a very nice discussion with the chef. To discover. good ratio q/p: 170€ to 4 with flat entry dessert wine aperitif coffee. nice service.

excellent meals in this restaurant. a first couple in the evening, nice service (we are French and Slovak, menu in French and English), extra meal!Second time a noon in improvisation, all alone, just a salad as good as well presented while there was only the chef to do everything there! He assured!!I recommend
a magical setting, high quality cuisine and impeccable service? Don't look and jump! I found myself in this place a little by chance, the latter doing well! an explosive, gastronomic and inventive cuisine at an unbeatable price!!!To do and redo, in my sense one of the best dordinating tables!

very good price, a melted camembert and garlic bread followed by a cute net with cheese sauce and pdt jump and to finish a cream burnt with pistachio. I've had a treat, the chief is excellent!
What a lovely addition to the site at Constant. This is our 6th visit to Constant. Our first time since Yohan took over. Excellent food and service - we will be back.
