A few years ago, we dined at Biera during a trip to Edmonton and absolutely loved it. We decided to return recently to see if the quality had been maintained, and we were pleasantly surprised! Our dinner was fantastic. We enjoyed pints of their delicious beer and shared the sourdough bread, chicory salad (with pear and pistachios), and pork with cherry reduction. Everything was outstanding. For dessert, we indulged in the chocolate mousse and orange and fig cake, which were both delicious. Our server was delightful, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about the menu. It was a truly memorable meal and we are already looking forward to dining at Biera again in the future.
We had an amazing night on the patio. Our service with Maddie (I think that was her name, so sorry if I'm wrong! was fantastic. I felt really comfortable with my allergies being taken care of since she had some herself. Food was excellent, drinks were excellent, and the patio was perfect for a hot summer night :
Great selection of beer and wine as well as a few cocktails! The cocktail I had was amazing and all our food was outstanding! Can’t believe we didn’t know about this gem! Can’t wait to return
We had a lovely lunch! The atmosphere was great, I love the extensions where they have a bakery, butchery and liquor store. It lends to the great character of Biera.
I'm so glad Biera is now open for lunch! While the lunch menu, while not large, has something for everyone and I plan to come back and try the other choices.
The trout bagel was excellent. The waitress was friendly. Craft beer was great. Noisy but quiet enough to hear the person next to you.
The mushrooms and pork shoulder were delicious with plenty of flavor. However, the dumplings and chicory salad were disappointing.
I absolutely adore Biera! I would visit more frequently if it wasn't so far away from where I live.
It was a great dinner and the food was fresh, well prepared and just the right amount.
