The restaurant was quite unclean, and lacking air conditioning made it uncomfortable to enjoy a $100 meal. The waitstaff seemed unengaged and indifferent, leading to a "you'll get your food when it’s ready" atmosphere. The cheesesteaks arrived looking more like sad grilled cheese sandwiches on crouton-like rolls. My wife and daughter ordered grilled chicken salads without olives, but theirs came with perhaps half a chicken breast and olives—10 minutes before the cheesesteaks were served. Excellent food and outstanding service in a welcoming and friendly environment! The side salads are generous, and the main courses are even more impressive. I have a lot of favorites, but I most frequently order the cheese ravioli, manicotti, chicken parmigiana, and grilled chicken salad. Excellent Food. Great service from a family owned local Italian Restaurant. Everything is made Fresh. We had pizza and chicken alfredo. The chicken was perfectly lean. i’m picky about my chicken and there were no gristly pieces or fatty pieces of chicken. It was cooked exactly right and tender. I bought the Lasagna and it came with no Lasagna noodles!! Yes that is correct. I bought this about 15min before closing. When I brought it back at 11am the next day they refused to give me a refund. No I did not eat any of this. I was told they layer their Lasagna with cheese and everyone loved it that way. Hmm, I highly doubt that! It's not Lasagna without Lasagna noodles. Absolutely delicious pizza! Generously topped and made with fresh ingredients. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the restaurant was spotless. I will definitely return to sample more of the menu. Forget about Joe Goodpies—head over to Big Belly Pizza instead!
What an incredibly tasty pizza! The appearance of the restaurant and the young, inexperienced staff might be deceiving, but the kitchen team is truly dedicated to making great pizza. This is definitely one of the best spots in the Roanoke/Vinton area.

We ordered dinner from here today and it was amazing. My son and I had Stromboli and it was perfect. Not greasy and cooked perfectly. My wife got a bacon cheeseburger and it was spot on. We will definitely be going back.
