Yesterday Big Boy's surprised me. I bought a Groupon and went to the Brighton BB. I remember when BB was going downhill in metro Detroit, it became the last place I wanted to eat, so I didn’t. BB in Brighton was clean, bright, inviting, and well-bussed. They have a quite cordless Dyson vacuum cleaner. The floors were clean and spotless (this is important to me). The vacuum went into action as soon as a table’s customer(s) paid and left. The waitstaff was friendly and efficient, quick, and earning their tip. It’s easier to leave a good tip when the service is good and I had no complaints. My coffee cup was never below half, and the waitress asked each time before refilling it so I wasn’t surp...
Are you ready for this? The place was spotless! We received exceptional service, even though we arrived close to closing time; the staff really took care of us. I don’t typically rave about standard fare, but the chicken in my chicken parmigiana was absolutely delicious. Wow! They’ve revamped the menu, streamlined it, and now they can focus on delivering quality. Seriously, if you haven’t been there recently, you need to check them out!
MY WIFE I were out this morning to do some errands. She was going to get breakfast at one of the fast-food restaurants, I decided I would check to see what Big Boy was serving for breakfast. There were quite a few choices. I was pleased with the order, the helping was quite good also. The staff was friendly helpful, also.
We don’t have Big Boy close so when I had to travel I was looking forward to getting a Slim Jim! The ham was black. Not a little charred. Just entirely black. It’s awful they would purposely send this out as a Togo order since they know the person is leaving with the order and less likely to complain or return

The breakfast buffet is up and running. At the Brighton location, the price is currently $15.99 for adults and $11.99 for senior citizens. I would highly recommend the breakfast buffet.I heard this Friday they will have a seafood buffet, too. ?
What a transformation at Big Boy Brighton! The food was delicious, our server was exceptional, and while the atmosphere may not be trendy or flashy, the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. Definitely worth a visit!

Fruit flies invaded my meal. Manager told me that he would “ let management know “. Paid full price and I’m not sure I will even eat it! Would never willingly share my table or food with bugs

This Big Boy is the best! The food was delicious and plentiful. The people are very nice. Between my waitress, Brittney and the shift manager, the place ran perfect.
I entered with low expectations, but my kids and I really enjoyed our meal. My son said his cheeseburger was one of the best he's ever had!
