Finally got the chance to try out this place. Did a pick up instead and went for the Fire burger since I was curious about the in-house spicy house sauce made with 3 different chilis. I asked if fries came with it but the girl told me over the phone that fries are free only with a drink purchase. I opted out since I had some frozen fries which I can airfry. I also ordered the fried mushrooms. Got home made my air fry fries and to my surprise fries where included!!! But glad I made my own fries, since theirs were pretty dry and over fried. I visited this restaurant on a quiet weekday and had been curious about it for a while, as I often pass by on my way into Edinburg. As a first-time visitor, I initially wanted to try the hot Cheeto burger, but I ended up ordering the Choriqueso burger instead, and I’m glad I did—it was fantastic! A few years ago, I asked some people about Big Daddy's burgers, and they warned me by saying, "Don't try that place!" I was a bit skeptical at first, but I wanted to experience it for myself. I'm really glad I did—I won’t let others' opinions cloud my judgment anymore. I’ll definitely be returning!
Have been coming here for over 5 years, and have never been disappointed with the food. Meals are always hot and full of flavor. There is a good variety of burgers to pick from. Service is adequate, but they don't check on you at all, except when meals are delivered. Music can be a little too loud, but has a good mix for everybody. Definitely recommend eating here
Such a fun place! The restaurant has so much to look at and enjoy while waiting for your food! And boy oh boy when we got our food it was sooo good!!! My 3 year old is picky and eats like bird and she finished her burger!!!!! Kid-friendliness: Great with my baby!

Big Daddy’s Burgers is worth every minute of the hour drive drive from Brownsville! I tried the Chorizo Cheesy Burger, and it was fantastic. This was my first visit, and I can't wait to return, especially with my family next time. Highly recommended!
Burgers were delicious! A little hard to spot the place but overall we really enjoyed the food. Our server was excellent. Very tentive and polite.
First time here..... burger and service was really good...next time I come down to the valley will definitely be back
