I usually don’t leave reviews but I felt I had to give a shout out this time. We were visiting from Colorado and stopped in for a couple of milkshakes on September 22. After the shakes were done, I asked about purchasing a small amount of vanilla ice cream for our dog, Moxi, whose birthday is today (turning 14) and her brother, Lucca. The lady who was working the counter was so very nice and gave the dog’s ice cream as a present to our old lady. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name; she was so sweet. Thank you again for making Moxi’s birthday special!!
Amazing ice cream! There's not much more to say about this place. The ice cream is delicious with a variety of fun flavors. The staff is friendly, prices are fair, and the storefront is clean and tidy. I highly recommend trying the cardamom flavor, it's surprisingly delicious. I visited three times in three days and even tried a cardamom shake with chai instead of milk, which was also fantastic. If you're in Helena, you must give this place a try!
I was physically assaulted shoved repeatly a tall skin head male employee of the Helena location ..I am 70 year old retired teacher with terminal colon cancer. The Helena police dept responded with 2 officers. This male employee has a reputation for being aggressive and unpredictable especially toward women and girls. Use caution ladies if you enter the store alone.. Also he does not allow service animals into the store. Service: Take out
So good!!! Cute shop and great flavors! I'm a big licorice fan, so I loved their black licorice flavor. I happened to visit when they ran out of black food coloring so the black licorice ice cream was white even better! Please keep it this way! I got a scoop of mocha chip and I regret to say that it just did not have much flavor at all. My fiance got the pumpkin which was very flavorful but he didn't like the flavor, said it was heavy on the cardamom. Sad because I was really excited, I loveice cream and this place has glowing reviews! Maybe I'll come back and try some other flavors.
So we where having trouble ordering online and the staff helped us get it through because my wife had foot surgery and I was working. They even sent a get well soon note for her. We really appreciate you guys so much!!!!
The substitute of chai for milk in the milkshake was amazing. Great spot of ice cream on a hot day
