I visited this morning and ordered a large Butterbear over ice. They mistakenly made me a medium but realized the error and tried to fix it by transferring it to a large cup and adding a lot of extra milk. When I received it, I noticed that they had just poured in milk, and after tasting it, I found that it was mostly milk. They told me the only way to remedy the situation was for me to buy another one. I paid for a large Butterbear, but all I got was a large cup of milk. I've been a loyal customer for years without any issues, so I'm really disappointed and probably won’t be coming back.
I walked in and ordered a large butterbear over ice. They mistakenly gave me a medium. Instead of making a new one, they simply poured the medium drink into a large cup and added milk. When I received it, it was essentially just milk, and they did this right in front of me without any concern. When I asked for a correction, they told me I had to pay for another drink. I will not be returning and will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau.
The ladies working there yesterday was amazing! Very friendly and even helped me find a drink my 7 year old daughter would like and my favorite drink the German mocha frappe was delicious ?. Very clean bathroom ? ?? ! This was my first time at this location, I'll definitely be there again if those ladies are still there. I hope management sees this, they both deserve acknowledgement. I wish I knew their names. Great job ladies ??????
This morning I enjoy a turkey egg havarti, with a iced butter bear. The sandwich was super fresh and yummy, the butter bear was delicious. But the service was the best part of the visit. Lauren was amazing from the first hello, until she gave me my food. She greeted all her customers and knew there orders on site. When I think of a great barista, Lauren will cover to mind now. After 1 visit. Great job Bigby

This place is far superior to Dunkin' or Starbucks. I have a strong sensitivity to caffeine and can only enjoy decaf occasionally, so it's crucial that my orders are accurate. They consistently get it right, which I really appreciate. Their sandwiches are fantastic as well! Dietary options: They provide several types of dairy-free milk along with decaf coffee.
The espresso machine was broken so they had no coffee options but cold brew. No sign was posted on the door informing customers of the issue. The cold brew tasted old as did the turkey havarti bagels. The turkey smelled unpleasant. None of it was worth the .
Love to visit this Biggby! Baristas are always so friendly and make my Moon Boot Latte to perfection every time. Alicia is my favorite and always has the best recommendations for when I'm looking to try a different drink!
I love to work inside of a quiet, low key environment. This location offers that. I love that they have dairy free milk and vegan syrups. My favorite is an Iced Nutty Butty, light on the syrup, with coconut milk.

Coffee and food was on par with other Bigby locations. Wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for a quiet place to work. Would be a good place to chat with someone over coffee.
