Usually I had only excellent experiences. I was there recently with one of her signature drinks and they obviously screwed up my order and put some syrups in it. When I came back (I got a pedicure next door and couldn't get back immediately) and politely told them that my drink was made wrong, asked if they would please revoke it, and they told me they couldn't take it back and the manager assured me that they did it right. I told her I wasn't upset, but often come here and know how the drink tastes and that it's wrong. She seemed dismissed and said they would take the drink back.
