The place was recommended by my friend who used to dine at Big Suchir 's original location (inside a grocery store). They have your standard menu items as far as Indian restaurants go but there 's a secret menu item that this place is known for (must try). The Bajra na rotla (pearl millet roti) is served with jaggery, ghee, garlic chutney and a plethora other sides in a metal tray. I got my 2nd covid shot. So, I wanted some vegetarian Indian dishes for the tumeric. I had the channa masala, saag paneer and tarka dal (chickpeas, spinach cheese and yellow lentils). The dishes came with rice. I could smell the clove and bay leaf perfumed rice and knew that I was in for a treat. I enjoyed all three dishes. I don't normally like yellow tarka dal; but, this was so delicious I can't wait to go back. Altogether, my food was just over $30 for the three veggie dishes with rice. So, reasonably priced IMHO. The atmosphere was quite pleasant, but the venue felt more suited for a special event or a funeral than a restaurant. I was expecting a lunch buffet, but instead found it was turned into a senior event. I was charged $8, but the offerings were very disappointing. I left within 15 minutes. I would recommend avoiding this place, as it exemplifies the worst experiences at Indian restaurants during the pandemic.
I ordered through Uber Eats, and the food arrived on time and was accurate. The taste was great, with a nice balance of seasoning and spice. However, the items were a bit oily, and surprisingly, they did not include rice. The appetizers, samosas and spring rolls, were enjoyable. The spring rolls had an Indian-inspired potato filling, which was quite tasty. I would consider ordering from here again.

Excellent service and the food was delicious. Everything was extremely fresh. Everything is made fresh so be sure you have time to wait for it to be prepared, not a quick bite to eat but absolutely worth it. Vegetable biryani and paneer tika were great and the somosas were crispy on the outside and so large-only 2$ for 2 of them, which seemed like a steal. Will be back!
I thought eating was very good, but terrible. No one in front. he waited about 10 minutes and began to go to someone who sits me. I found it strange that they don't have lunch menu. I had the way i manchuria who was excellent. the butter chicken was very good, but a little too sweet for me. the naan was excellent. I would go back, hopefully the service will be better.
Great tasting chat items . Very reasonably priced and generous portions . Their new location is much cleaner with good ambience . They have started dine in since last few days . Their chat dishes are best in Chicago land area . They are now in Ogden Avenue, between Finley and Saratoga .
The food is awesome, flavorful, and great food for the cost. Restaurant is very clean and owner is a great host. You will enjoy the Indian flavors without a doubt. Come prepare to want to experience new dishes every time.

I had excellent chole bhature at the restaurant. The server was a bit unusual and seemed uncertain about his responsibilities, but he always had a smile on his face!
I love the customer service and the Snack bar over here.Mittal is a new addition and is doing great as a staff member.The variety of grocery is good too.
