Each sandwich is a true masterpiece. The staff runs the place efficiently, keeping it clean and providing quick service—food usually arrives within 10 minutes of ordering. My favorite is The Patchog, featuring pork belly as the main ingredient. The Blackbird is also great, made with crispy chicken, black sesame, and a black vinegar glaze. The wait was short and the food was great! I came here for a quick bite to eat with my boyfriend and we both loved the atmosphere. While a smidge pricy, it was definitely worth it. LoFi music is played while you're eating which is great for a chill vibe. There's also really beautiful plants hung around by the windows. The bao buns we had were really good. Personally my favorite was The CrunchBao. I found the Blackbird to be a little too oily for me but my boyfriend loved it. We got the bao box which comes with five seasoned fries or regular fries. I got the seasoned ones with the spicy mayo and it was amazing. Overall this place gives all the cute vibes and I cant wait to come back!
Wow! The food here was incredible. I have a preference for Asian cuisine and flavors, but everything was executed perfectly. To start, everything we tried was delicious. The chicken was exceptionally crispy and juicy. We sampled the fries, five spice fries, Nashville hot bao, Blackbird bao, Blackbird rice bowl, and Burgerbao. My favorite was definitely the Nashville hot bao. I highly recommend checking this place out!
My boyfriend and I visited Bird Bao for the first time, arriving about 30 minutes before closing. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating, even offering to make the last rice bowl available. After a tough day, their warm hospitality truly meant a lot to me. I’m so grateful to the team for that. The bao buns and five-spice fries we ordered were also delicious. We’ll definitely be coming back often!

This place is outstanding. First time here, spotlessly clean, sweet staff, dedicated owners, food was fresh and fantastic. I had the two bao and fries combo... fries were perfectly cooked, spicy but not overdone. One bao was chicken, the other was cod. I could eat this every day!!!!Cannot wait to return to try all the baos!??????????????
so im going to give you a real review. The presentation of the food was a 10/10 but the flavors was 0/10. Now im talking about the Bao part of the menu the chicken seems to not be fully cooked and theres no flavors at all and I mean at all even hot sauce cant save it.
This place was fantastic! The food was outstanding, the service was prompt, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the dining area is really charming! It's definitely an underrated gem, the prices are great, and the food is absolutely worth it!
The chicken on the sandwich is the size of a chicken nugget and its wrapped in a raw tasting puffy bun. All 3 chicken sandwiches we ordered were very overcooked, hard as a rock and dry. Terrible was expecting so much more.

We found a charming little place to enjoy a date night meal before heading to a distillery. The food was outstanding, and we loved every bite!
