As soon as I came in, the owner personally greeted me and got me my drink himself. He was super polite. I ordered the Farm Burger with sweet potato fries, shown in the picture. While I was waiting, one of the kitchen staff brought me a free chicken tender in an amazing sauce to try. (Which was not only awesome of them to do, but it tasted great. The Farm Burger and the sweet potato fries were both incredibly good. There are a lot of burger joints out there, but I can see why this one gets the hype. The service is top-notch, very friendly and fast and the food is amazing. 10/10, will be back to try more items!
When my wifeTRIED talking to management (Jeff), he was very sarcastic and rude….something Tyre Stuckey should be aware of for training management purposes. Wife’s hamburger was good, however, my chicken sandwich not so much. Not worth the money!! When wife told Jeff we wouldn’t be back, he replied “you don’t have to!”-are you listening people as well as Tyre??!! Just because you think you have ‘good’ food, without good customer service/management doesn’t mean you’re going to continue to succeed! Tyre, you don’t seem to be an owner that would appreciate this kind of treatment! Just saying!
?Food TASTE was underPAR! ?There is no atmosphere. ?Food presentation, horrible. limp fries. They cut slider beef in half instead of making smaller balls of burgers lol. But MOST IMPORTANTLY ? I told the cashier (with braces) thanks and she didnt respond. I repeated AGAIN and she still didnt reply????????. ????Baby if u didnt wanna be at work today, stop coming!! I couldn 't wait to write this review ???? especially playing over my food AND BEING RUDE.. definitely hope that person is not part of the owning team.
We stopped for lunch while traveling and we can?t say enough great things about this place! Fast and super friendly, plus fresh, quality ingredients to make delicious meals! We even bought some dinners to go so we wouldn?t have to chance eating unhealthy while still on the road! The owner was a super nice guy and we will definitely go again next time we travel! Family visited for fingers. Chicken was good. Order was correct. If I had a complaint it would be dealing with sticky individual ketchup packets while dining in is not good. If I was getting it to go, it's ok but to done in and have sticky ketchup packs kind of turns a good visit into a decent visit.
Prices on drive thru were not adjusted to price increase. It was posted that hamburger $10.35(includes side and drink). Apparently they decided to increase their prices and ‘barely got the new menu posted inside.” Decide for yourself if you want to do business with them! We won’
Spend your money elsewhere!! Over priced. Rude management that could care less about genuine, calmly expressed feedback and turn it around on to the customer. Read ALL the reviews. So many better choices out there
