We were all extremely happy, including the kids : My husband got the Hawaiian Fried Chicken Sandwich with brussel sprouts, I don’t normally like brussel sprouts and these were delicious!!! I had the Bacon Cheddar Burger with fries, fresh pattied burger, cheddar, and bacon was absolutely delicious! When my wifeTRIED talking to management (Jeff), he was very sarcastic and rude….something Tyre Stuckey should be aware of for training management purposes. Wife’s hamburger was good, however, my chicken sandwich not so much. Not worth the money!! When wife told Jeff we wouldn’t be back, he replied “you don’t have to!”-are you listening people as well as Tyre??!! Just because you think you have ‘good’ food, without good customer service/management doesn’t mean you’re going to continue to succeed! Tyre, you don’t seem to be an owner that would appreciate this kind of treatment! Just saying!
I'm not sure if there's been a change in management, but the service and food quality have declined. I ordered grilled chicken bites, but when I got home, I discovered they gave me fried ones instead. The young woman at the window was indifferent and unfriendly, and the same goes for the burly guy who handed me my order. I should have checked my order before leaving, but I never felt the need to do that in the past.
Love this little gem hiding in Pelham! Right across from Shelby Baptist Hospital. My fave is the Farm Bowl with the roasted brussel sprouts- every flavor layer is done just right! The mushroom burger (I think they call it The Hippie) is right on point as well. Quite surprising to find such good quality and flavorful food in such a small place. Try it all! You will not be disappointed

Family visited for fingers. Chicken was good. Order was correct. If I had a complaint it would be dealing with sticky individual ketchup packets while dining in is not good. If I was getting it to go, it's ok but to done in and have sticky ketchup packs kind of turns a good visit into a decent visit.
Prices on drive thru were not adjusted to price increase. It was posted that hamburger $10.35(includes side and drink). Apparently they decided to increase their prices and ‘barely got the new menu posted inside.” Decide for yourself if you want to do business with them! We won’
I can't express enough how disappointing this place was during our 5,000-mile journey. The chicken was dry, the portion sizes were small for the prices charged, and the staff member at the counter was not very friendly.
Spend your money elsewhere!! Over priced. Rude management that could care less about genuine, calmly expressed feedback and turn it around on to the customer. Read ALL the reviews. So many better choices out there

Dear Birds and Burgers, I had The Tim and it was glorious. Mac and cheese brought me back to a positive childhood aspect of my life. 10/10 will recommend to friends and family. I will be a recurring customer.
