Bissoh was the highlight of our trip. This small restaurant serves fantastic food, all freshly prepared, with incredibly fresh fish and mind-blowing Tonkatsu. The owners are very friendly, and the wine list features the best producers in Burgundy. We wanted to book a table for the next night, but unfortunately, they were closed. We absolutely loved this place!
Great to find a nice Japanese option in a random French town. Delicious food and extensive wine list which they were able to talk us through. Seems unlikely we’ll be in Beaune again but would definitely return to Bissoh if we do.
Elegant frame, precise and tasty cuisine. A map of breathtaking wines. A very good establishment with consistent prices. Veal rice, zucchini blossoms, matted beef. I strongly recommend.

Have excellent. Ambiance as in Japan. Price may be a little expensive, but the quality is there and we do not regret.
