We had a great time at the beach and we were hungry. Someone recommended St. Germain on 8th St. At first, I was thinking German cuisine but it turned out to be French cuisine. The restaurant was decked out with futbol memorabilia. Very inviting. The staff were down to earth and had great rapport with guest. They easily explained the wine and beer menu. I ordered the roast beef sandwich and a IPA. The food came out hot and fresh. I was surprised because we had a big party 9. They let us take our time as we enjoyed the food and the conversations. We would return again.
we ate here for the first time tonit and loved it! my sister, sister, and I had different menu points and all were wonderful. we ate outside, were really impressed by aidan our host who was charming and efficient and seemed to be an assistent for our big, fun server. eating was great, I had the best tomatenbisque in my life, and I am really old! personal fun and fun and efficient. we will definitely be back and I would recommend this place
Love The Bistro! The beef bourginon is so tender and full of flavor. The salmon is tasty and so are the Buffalo Chicken Taquitos. You can't go wrong with any dish you order here. Very cute and intimate dining experience. I've also done wine tasting here and Armando and the wines he suggests are fabulous! Servers are professional and friendly! Highly recommend!
I moved to S.B. about a year ago and happened upon this restaurant while walking down Main. Everything we have tried is consistently amazing. French onion soup, crazy-delicious Brussel sprout appetizers (a must-try), tapanade w/baguette, lamb pops, lasagna, Ceasars w/salmon to name just a few. Servers are friendly and very knowledgeable.

Love the food and the ambience here! There is an adorable french market attached that has so many cute gift ideas and foods including wines/cheese/crackers/ frozen crepes/macarons and the best frozen coq au vin for 2 people that was easy to defrost in the microwave for 10 min and cook or microwave in 4 min.
the perfect place for food! oh my god, that is the best French restaurant and eat that I had in the usa for years! the owner is of grenoble and definitely know very well about the restaurant business. from now on it is our place:

They got some great musicians Wednesday nights. Great Lobster ravioli. Fun servers and the owner loves French soccer
