Recently, I asked about the banana split and was told it comes with vanilla, chocolate, and twist ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate drizzle, peanuts, and a cherry. We ordered it with just vanilla ice cream and requested to skip the cherry, but we were fine with the whipped cream, peanuts, and drizzle. When it finally arrived, we received a half-melted banana split that included strawberries, pineapple (which I hate), whipped cream, drizzle, and peanuts—all messily dripping down the container. I understand that tastes differ, but I'm sure we can all agree that no one wants their sundae arriving in a soupy state.

I've only been there about 3-4 times, but each visit has made me realize how good the food is. I wanted to eat something nice instead of going to the grocery store, and once again, I thought to myself, "This is so delicious! Why don’t I come here more often?" I ordered the Cheeseburger Sub without salad, extra mayo, and sautéed onions. It was hot, fresh, flavorful, and quite substantial. I can definitely get a few meals out of it!
I placed an order for a cheeseburger sub and large fries. When I got home, I discovered I received a dry steak and cheese instead. At least they did get the fries right! It's hard to believe that there were three young men working at the grill and fryer, yet they couldn't manage to get my order correct. The young lady at the register was pleasant, and if it weren't for her, I would have given this place only one star.
Are they open until 8 or 7:50? Today, they were definitely turning people away for ice cream at 7:50. If that had happened to me, I would have been really frustrated. The staff seemed completely disinterested and not in the mood to be there. When I approached the counter to place my order, the cashier didn’t say a word to me.

I'm the food before I could think of making pictures. Get the Dixie style pulled pork sandwich. Bomb! Get the fried chicken hard. This is the southern grill with n the side of the road. Oh, bring cash when you use your card, there is a 2.99% service fee tied to your order. I was hungry and I knew the food was good.
The onion rings were delicious, featuring large, real slices of onion battered in a light, slightly salty coating. The burger was juicy and flavorful, especially the half smoked variety with onion and Deli mustard—it was one of the best I've ever tried. I’m definitely coming back!
I really don't think the prices here are justified. An 8-inch steak and cheese for $15? That's outrageous! The only redeeming quality was the fries, which were decent. Overall, it feels like a waste of money. I definitely won't be returning.
I was in the mood for a quick meal and came across this charming little place. The service was decent, but the burger was fantastic! I definitely recommend checking it out if you’re considering it.

Best take out food ever. Their breakfast sandwiches are amazing as are the breakfast boxes, the subs are delicious and the seasonal ice cream stand is worth a trip old school ice cream menu.
I only had the ice cream, but it was fantastic! This place is perfect for a lovely Sunday outing with your partner if you're looking for a sweet treat in lower PG County.
