I had my event in July of 2023 everything went well no complaints. The reason of the one star is because they charged my guest and I the drinks we had from the bar almost a year after the event on (3/21/2024) Shouldn’t they have charged us the day of? When I called to address the situation the manager said “ call your bank it’s not our fault but it happens often” very unprofessional on their part. If they don’t know how to work their systems that’s something they need to learn. Best place to make a celebration. I did my baby shower here and they did my food, my decoration and drinks. Everything was perfect, it came out so beautiful and good. Thanks Karen for everything.
