I ate that noon and I can tell you that a concept and a place like this was missing in Chartres! Very good reception, modern contemporary and comfortable style. When I arrived at 12 to 6, the belly full 40 minutes later I took a hamburger NYC the bread is very good, the caramelized red onions and the chewing salad are a real plus for me not to mention the meat undoubtedly of good quality.
