Whenever we vacation we look for the good BBQ. I really would give this place 3.5 stars but it doesn't allow so I up'd it to 4. So... let me start by saying it's a little pricey but the food we got was very good. I had the maple habanero wings while my wife had a combo of dry rub/bbq wings. They were smoked first so they tasted great. They weren't the largest wings (there's a wing spot in North Jersey that are downright huge but they are good sized. My real issue would be with the service. Though it's apparent it was just the one we had. She did the job but I had to seek her out twice. Picked up dinner tonight, beans very under cooked. By the time I got home approx 20 mins, buns very soggy . Maybe keep buns separate in Togo box . Pickles just cucumbers in vinegar. I had a special event appeared and had previously cost the bbq of black diamond bbq on another catered event and thought it could be a good fit.
