Owned by new management the last 2-3 years. Food used to be great. The service and quality of food has really gone down. There is no soul in this soul food restaurant. If you want your food rushed, unseasoned and your order messed up by all means frequent this establishment.
They are too expensive. Im a vegetarian, all i got was two egg and cheese on white toast and some home fries and something to drink, $14. I get the same thing at Ritchie Hwy Deli and its $6. Smh, never coming back here. Waaay too overpriced.
The ribeye steak was cooked perfectly and tender. The ambiance at Hip Hop Fish and Chicken is lively and enjoyable making dining there a pleasant experience.

BLACK RIB EYE IS CLOSED.It is now Hip Hop fish and chicken. Food at Hip Hop is pretty good.
This is one of my go-to dining spots in Prince George's County!
