Today I had a terrible experience here. since the lowest star 1 is, I could not give it 0. a young lady took my order by 1:50 o'clock without eye contact, and the thing is that she did not take my order at all attention while she did her own thing. as a result, she made me a false fool while I ordered a soldier. I like the tea here. Their green tea has good quality and strong taste so it tastes really good when mixed with others such as milk or juice. The service is below average with staff never smiling at the customers and they seem a bit rude to be honest. I just come here for the tea, trying not to be bothered by unfriendly staff as it is the only milk tea shop near Deakin.
The staff can come across as a bit cool, but it didn't really bother me. The person who served me had a good grasp of English, although I've seen mixed reviews about that, so it might vary depending on who helps you. The drinks and desserts were served promptly and were delicious! I'll definitely be returning.
This store for student is a good choice， first it is near the school, not just for DEAKIN, and it is quickly to get drink and sweet meats, though, lot of people buy them. And also u can take the drink to the restaurant, not just buy sodas. I like new one, some black tea with milk cap.

They don’t put shaved ice in their dessert, which I don’t mind of, because then there are a lot of grass jellies and other things in it. Although, the ratio of things in it was a bit off since they only gave like 3 taro balls but a lot of grass jellies.
Even taste is very good there but Won’t recommend this place,, staff are not friendly (very rude) and I went there twice, they also make wrong drink and not allow to change. Very bad customer service. China town one is much more better.
The $7 cup of tea was overpriced, especially considering the hard (old) tapioca pearls. The tea flavor was weak—barely better than plain water! Additionally, the staff was quite rude, particularly one young lady.
Service is so terrible here. Unfortunate because the drinks and tea itself is great. Staff barely understand English, and extremely hard to get past ordering. It’s a real shame!!

that is the only bubble tea place in a beautiful radius, it is good enough. small place, but the tee itself is quite ok
