This place is in my neighborhood and I've been meaning to try it. So after work I stopped in. It's in a small stripe mall, in a corner and could easily be overlooked. There's lots of parking since none of the shops are supper busy, handicap parking is available.Walked it and I love the big windows. They have a display with hard ice cream as soon as you walk in. There's a bench for sitting inside and them a cold display for finished cakes and desserts. They have a soft ice cream mashine and a fancy looking coffee mashine too. We ordered a Mario themed cake in strawberry flavour for my LO’s bday. The cake tasted really yummy and everyone enjoyed it. Very reasonably priced for custom cake with fondant work I would say .. the owner was great to communicate with and very responsive to changes and requests.. would definitely return for cake orders for future special occasions!!

Blasters Ice-Creams and Cake is a hidden gem of Edmonton.I ordered a cake for our 25th wedding anniversary. Owner Hitesh was very helpful in choosing the right size and design of the cake. It was delicious and all the guests liked that. I will definitely visit them again.
