We had a fantastic Tomahawk steak with delicious chips at this restaurant. We also ordered a nice salad and homemade coleslaw which was perfect, I would rate it 5 out of 5. However, from 7pm to 9pm, the main customers at Blended seemed to be there for the food, not to be overwhelmed by the loud music. We had to endure 2 hours of nonstop RnB music, which was not to everyone's taste. I suggested to the manager that they vary the music a bit, but she said the playlists were set by the owners and didn't make any changes. Went for the blend brunch on Friday night. Not much atmosphere as we walked in and the music wasn’t playing in the area we were sat in but it’s fine as we could chat. We emailed in advance about the cocktails but when we got there the cocktails were different to what we had been told. You also had to choose one drink and stick to it which was a little bit disappointing compared to other brunches I’ve been to. Absolutely awful experience. Food order was wrong and two of the meals were inedible and sent back. The service was shocking. 6 staff members by the bar chatting and completely ignoring customers who went an hour without a drink request. When we complained the manager and staff were extremely rude and couldn’t care less. We went to use the toilet and literally couldn’t use it it was so disgusting. We informed a member of staff and she said “I haven’t had a chance” And went back to standing at the bar, it was not a days worth of dirt they were disgusting. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were welcomed by two unfriendly ladies who seemed unable to locate our reservation. Nearby, a couple was seated closely together and behaving inappropriately, but the staff did not intervene. Once we were seated at our table, the same lady returned to ask for our Groupon voucher and provided a small business card with a QR code for viewing the menu. We requested a physical menu for our elderly parents, but were told that they did not have any available.

My sister and I had a wonderful evening at this restaurant. We ordered the Tomahawk steak and enjoyed several cocktails. The food was tasty, but the peppercorn sauce did not meet our expectations as it was not creamy or peppery. Our waitress and mixologist, Becca, was incredibly friendly and helpful. She was also very efficient, especially since she was the only one serving food and drinks.
My husband and I had been once before for the shared tomahawk steak and this time returned with a birthday gift voucher given to us. The food was again tasty, cocktails had a good selection and then were half price for additional ones; staff friendly and the place had a good atmosphere. £4.37 was added to the bill for a 'tomahawk service charge ' which was fine.
We got a voucher for a tomahawk steak for 2. It was excellent, we shared the 1kg steak with chips and a cocktail each. We are definitely going back. The food was first class. The staff were on point, they helped me down load the voucher. Nothing was a problem. Constantly coming over to serve Please give it a go
Large group of us went to Blend for a colleagues leaving do. Great vibe. Friendly staff, Becca and Morgan were very professional and quick! Definitely recommend going on Thursday for the 2 for 1 cocktails.

Terrible experience. Management was awful. Handled a situation so bad when a man was being abusive to women. Shame cos music was good.
