I would like to give a positive rating to Kimberly at the auto shop. She was very honest, patient, and friendly. I came in to purchase new tires and a new battery because I thought I needed one. I asked them to check my battery before installing a new one because I was unsure. At checkout, I asked if I needed a new battery, and they had not checked it before installing one. Kimberly checked my battery and discovered that I did not actually need a new one, so she reinstalled my original battery and adjusted my bill accordingly.
