The moment we walked in we were greeted with conversation It was late afternoon and we had not had lunch, the lady said it was no problem to sit in and have some toasted sandwiches I had a ham and cheese and my wife had a sneaky chicken toastyThey were really really really good-fresh ingredients and not squashed to death in a pressThe coffee was nice and strong and the green tea was in a pot with the old cosy - where do you see that!I would recommend for lunch
Will return every time we're in town. The best coffee in Lakes and the best poached eggs we've had in years. The staff are not only friendly but also very knowledgeable of the area and don't mind taking a moment to go through sites and activities they'd recommend. Fantastic coffees, mochas, whatever suits your taste. Jock makes most of th coffees, Burt he has a few helpers when things get busy, and it does at times. You can see why though. I had the cheeky chicken focaccia today. Sensational. So, great coffe, great food and friendly service. What more could you want.

As the name suggests **** good coffee.. then again it has to be as victoria especially Melbourne leaves my home state for dead with coffee. Nice relaxed and friendly here. Would return.
