My daughter and I had dinner Saturday night. It was not at all busy. Despite calling ahead and booking there was no table set. Ok, but no sense of embarrassment or urgency to set our table. It took three requests to get a Diet Coke....The order was eventually taken and we were eventually eating entree about 45 mins after arriving. Disappointing service really. And most tables were empty on a Saturday at 7-8pm. And the Uber drivers and takeaways were regular but not brisk. On the food, the regular mixed entree were good. We used to order from this restaurant through Uber Eats almost every week. Tonight, we waited over 2 hours for our delivery. While this could be attributed to an issue with Uber Eats, when I contacted the restaurant for an update, they were unhelpful. As a result, I have decided to no longer order food from this establishment. It is disappointing to receive zero points for loyalty.
We enjoyed our experience at this restaurant. The Thai food and desserts were authentic and delicious. The standout dish for me was the incredible Black Sesame Ice Cream with sticky rice. The only downside was that the service was a tad slow, but that is to be expected at a busy restaurant. Overall, I highly recommend giving this place a try!

The restaurant offers delicious food and excellent service at a reasonable price in a cozy atmosphere. I had a delicious macchiato while my friend enjoyed a tasty panna cotta for dessert. We returned for another visit and tried the calamari and duck pancakes, both were fantastic.
I know that’s a big call because there are about 10 just in the Gladesville area that do good food, but Blue Chilli has taken it to a new level. Flavours are incredible. Service is fantastic and the prices are very reasonable.
prawn betel leaves and duck pancakes for entrees. divided a lot of dressed for the main including bbq pork chops, penang curry and a massaman curry. all dishes had wonderful taste and personal were very helpful.
First time takeaway from Blue Chilli and loved it. Food tasty and of good quality. It arrived hot and quickly. Definitely recommend

eating was delicious, but the main thing did not come together at different times. overall we enjoyed this restaurant.
