I had heard somewhere, ages ago, that this was a good place to eat so I took the girlfriend to celebrate her getting her new job. It was a great experience! It was busy, which added to the ambiance, but we were served promptly at the bar and able to sit whilst we waited on our table, as we arrived a little early. The interior was cozy and well presented. Every member of the staff was approachable and helpful. The food was amazing!! We had the venison and the lamb. Both were beautifully presented and tasted great. The desserts were an absolute treat too. A creme brulee and a fruit meringue. I will visit again.
Excellent menu and service. The range and quality of dishes underlines why the place is so popular. Quite intimate seating, inside or outside possible. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of the dishes, was expecting 'big plate, small portions ', came out well filled! Hi, really nice place, friendly and welcoming staff, the oy thing was the place was chilly, we were having lunch but ended up put my coat back on... other customers also kept their costs on... but out waiter was really good.
We came here as a large group of us for post wedding celebrationsThe staff here were very friendly and looked after us all throughout our visit.
