WOW! On vacation for a family reunion and asked the front desk at the hotel what is good home cooking around here. I can eat chain restaurants anywhere. I want good local food, When I travel, I like to help support smaller businesses. The food here does not disappoint. We were told of the delicious liver and onions with gravy. They did not disappoint, very good. Also recommend the Three Little Pigs. The service was second to none. They really made every person coming into the door feel like you were walking into grammas kitchen with open arms and a place to sit and get a full belly. I was really excited to finally dine here, and it exceeded our expectations! We visited around 2:30 PM on Saturday afternoon, and there was only one other table occupied, which made us wonder if it was as good as we had heard. I'm so glad we decided to come! The food was incredible, and the portions were generous. My husband, who loves barbecue, said it was the best brisket he has ever tasted! The service was outstanding too! There’s a fantastic variety on the menu, so there’s something for everyone!
I have to say, this place is amazing! The chicken fried chicken was juicy and tasted great. The mashed potatoes fresh and on point. The fried okra was cooked perfectly. The BBQ was awesome, just have to ask for more sauce. Would definitely recommend this place.

Very good food, plain country cooking but delicious. The portions were generous. The service was fast and efficient. Look at them onion rings yummy!
