I heard that Blunch has the best chocolate chip cookies, so I had to give it a try. I'm pleased to say that the Triple Chocolate Chip Cookie ($3.27) is genuinely the best chocolate chip cookie I've ever had in Boston. It had the perfect crunch all around, while still being slightly chewy in the center. The chocolate chips were oversized and wonderfully melted. As rich as this cookie was, it surprisingly wasn't overly sweet like many other dense cookies I've tried. While I do think the price is a bit steep, it’s probably a good thing; it helps me avoid indulging in it too often. Second time at Blunch and it was just as delicious as the first. The restaurant is a bit small, if you’re planning on eating at the restaurant you may have to wait for a chair. Patrons seem to be aware and don’t linger for long during the lunch rush. I had The Giving Tree and my daughter had the BLTC both were so good we remembered that was our order from the last time we went there in September’23. The person working the counter, I believe is the owner, was great at their job keeps the line moving with a smile. Don’t forget to get their triple chocolate chip cookie!
This is definitely the best sandwich shop in Boston! I really hope they can find more staff so they can return to their regular hours. Please spread the word to anyone looking for a job. The owner is wonderful to work for and has retained most of her staff since COVID. I highly recommend the egg frittata on baguette with tomato and spicy olio sauce—it’s simply the best, but only available to go!
Ordered for a friend through Uber eats. The giving tree was missing turkey and cheddar cheese. Called the restaurant was told I would be getting a refund through Ubers eats which was only $4 and some change smh never again : only giving 3 stars because the sandwich had a nice presentation just missing items Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I loved it! My whole group really enjoyed the food, except for the guy who ordered the salad they forgot to include, and he had to walk back to get it. We even returned the next day since we were in the area again. Highly recommended!
Everything was delicious! If you didn't think to check the menu online beforehand, you'll find it a bit difficult to know what your options are when you walk in. I ordered the fish from the board in front of me, and it was delightful!
Everything at Blunch is absolutely delicious! The staff is fantastic, and I especially love their iced cappuccino. It's such a charming place for breakfast or lunch, truly the kind of spot that can brighten your day.
