I really enjoy the Banhmi sandwiches at this restaurant, but I was quite disappointed with the drinks. I ordered two Thai teas without Boba and found them to be way too sweet, almost as if they had added too much sugar. I have tried Thai tea at many other Boba shops and this was by far the sweetest. When I asked the staff if they could lower the sugar or add more milk, they refused. I then suggested switching to milk tea, but they also refused. When I asked for a refund, I was told no. I was frustrated by the lack of customer service at this restaurant. Other establishments would usually try to fix any issues, but this one in El Monte did not want to help. Very bad experience I asked for a chicken soup and she gave me pork on my soup and I don?t eat pork, The worker there was very mad and wanted me to eat the soup. At the end she gave me my money back and she told me to leave and don?t go back anymore

I was at this place to say when they were ready for an early roll, she said she did, but they were not ready and had to do it, and it was waiting at least 30 minutes and eating was not so good.

Awesome food.You have to deal with rude employees but that's normal for these establishments.Try out their banh mi or their Tom yum soups.Also my favorite is their pre packed lunches. Soo good
