It’s been a while since we visited a Bob Evans. Over the past few years, many have noticed a substantial decline at different locations. But not this location, at least not last night. Wasn’t terribly busy, but after experiencing long waits at other places under similar circumstances, it was great to be seated promptly and have our server appear immediately. Natalie was friendly and efficient, a great credit to the company. And our order arrived much sooner than expected and was piping hot and delicious. Not a gourmet meal, but what Bob Evans has been known for for decades. Hope they keep it up here.
During my recent search for a holiday breakfast for my team, I reached out to Aurora Bob Evans and spoke with Meghan, the manager. She was incredibly helpful with my order, which included two layers and two separate pickups. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received. Each order was printed individually with names on the bags, and everything was correct! Even though this restaurant is quite busy, they managed to handle my order flawlessly. Thank you, Meghan, and your team!
The cooking and wait staff were not up to par during my visit. I decided to give this place a second chance after three years, but unfortunately, the food quality has significantly declined. My salad was decent, but my wife's was mostly croutons and cheese, with hardly any tomatoes.
The customer experience was excellent! The food and atmosphere were pleasant, and it wasn't too chaotic. It's a lovely spot for families and seniors to enjoy breakfast. I would definitely recommend this place for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

I didn't have to wait long at Bob Evans. The breakfast was excellent, and I discovered that they are open until 9:00, so I can eat there again sometime.
Our server Brandon was the best he helped me order something to feed my toddler he was patient and kind. The food was good also.
The food and service are consistently excellent! The prices are a bit high, so it's a good idea to look for coupons.
