I need to share my experience regarding the person who answered the phone when I was about to place a pick-up order. My kids were quite loud in the car, and I apologized for the noise. However, I struggled to hear his responses. When I tried to ask him something again, he sounded frustrated and said, "I asked you this three times," before hanging up. That was disappointing in terms of customer service. I chose not to call back, as I didn’t want to let someone else’s bad day affect mine. There are plenty of other boba places nearby, and I had just wanted to give this one a try since it was on my way. I won’t be returning. A 3.5-star place isn't something I will miss out on.
I visited this place for boba today and was disappointed to find they were out of large boba, which seems to happen quite often. The tea was decent at first, but most of the sweetness was concentrated at the top, and after that, it became very bitter. I tried it halfway with 100% sugar, but it was still way too bitter to enjoy. The amount of boba in the drink was also quite low, even though we ordered the small size. I cannot recommend this place.
This used to be my favorite spot but not anymore. I got a Thai tea boba and I could only taste the milk and had zero tea flavor, when I requested them to redo my drink, they gave me the exact tasting drink. Not sure if they even tried to remake that. I had to throw the drink away as it was unbearable to drink that.There are way too many tea shops around the area to waste your money here. Do not recommend this place.
Their sweetness levels are true as read, well done! I have gotten the 0% jasmine milk tea which was delicious and a 25% strawberry matcha latte which was good but very slightly grainy. The boba is soft chewy and sweet great. Price is pretty good compared to other places

I came to this boba tea… and i did not understand the chinese lady coz her accent… she was very rude… i almost want to walk out and leave my orders… i preferred the old management they were polite… now this chinese lady is very very unpleasent personality
The restaurant offers a wide range of unique and fruity bubble tea flavors. It's a fantastic spot! The staff are friendly, so I give it a thumbs up! Food rating: 5/5.
Wtf is this? I waited 20 minutes for some lazy ahh worker to serve me what looks like they took bites out of it? Don't come here. I will be demanding a refund. Gross.
Decent boba drinks with lot of variety. No wow no disappointment. Just right. Service is quick and easy to order from the machine.
