The absolute best St. Louis style pizza! I have a dear friend who grew up on the Hill. She told me for years that I needed to check out this place for pizza. I finally stopped in, to get some pizza carry out, a while back. Family and I agreed that it was the best; order it now when we want carry out pizza. My daughter and I went here today in hopes of getting some good pizza. A friend of mine referred me to this restaurant on The Hill in St. Louis. I ordered salmon that took over 40 minutes. I told the server I just wanted the pizza now, because we needed to leave. the waitress/bartender was very nice, but eating was very mediocre: bland pasta, with thin sauce drowned spaghetti. my chicken marsala was over boiled chicken breast with melted cheese top. her menu says it should have a marsala mushroom grott, but I found only thin broth and maybe two pieces mushroom and no note on marsala. very bland and runny. the pasta of my man was drowned in a gland. the tour of italian appetizer was a plate of broken flotoli, aubergines and artichokes hearts. it was okay, but only 3 pieces of ravioli and 3 half slices of aubergine cum to share with two people. the artichoke hearts were good. the appetizer costs $10, about $1.00 per bit. we spent about $67 for a very u...
We had an awful dinner this week. Our appetizer platter was so little. There were three of us and we each got three pieces. It was overcooked, the pizza was dry and the Salerno salad was awful. The dressing had clumps in it and was thick. After I ate three bites, I ran to the bathroom and threw up four times. The owner or manager was sitting right outside the restroom and should have heard me. The four other people probably heard me too. The waitress knew I been sick and asked me if I wanted mine packaged to go. We told her everyhing about the bad food and she went to talk to the owner. You know what they did for us? took twenty percent off. We will never go again.
this was highly recommended so I was excited to try. I ordered a two topping small pizza $12 and the special salad for $8. I also left a $3 tip. I was very surprised when I came home with an salat that had a piece of baked egg, old cauliflower and salat, a lonely tomato and tiny pieces of a meat. the pizza had a visible torf and done excessively, as the brown cheese proved. I should have known that I was the only customer. try them elsewhere pizza.
We LOVE their pizza! We live in SC and always go there when we visit. We took our adult kids there for the first time. They raved about it. They requested we have pizza shipped to SC for Xmas! We lived in St Louis fir 40 years. It is the best pizza in St Louis! The wait staff were wonderful! Great prices for quality!

I love eating Italian, and this is something of the best I ever had! the calamari and seafood pasta were amazing. my friend and I originally wanted to go to the house of pasta, but they had a really long waiting time, so we went here. the best decision ever!
