Popped in yesterday morning for breakfast after a week on Skye and what a find. Dog friendly beautifully decorated and tasteful furniture/decor and a really lovely feel to it, my wife and I immediately recognised it from a TV show where Banjo had reimagined it. Staff all young and absolutely lovely, chatty, helpful and loving their work. I had the beans on toast, cannelini beans I think, done in a really delicious tomato sauce on sourdough toast with two rashers of perfectly cooked bacon and a fantastic poached egg... It was one of the best breakfasts ever, delicious. Really nice cappacino to go with it. My wife had sourdough waffles with maple syrup, bacon and egg and absolutely loved it, H...
My goodness. I write as a Brit. No edge. No desire to compare this to New York or North Shore In Boston. I am well acquainted with both. They are not Skye. Here is a place that offers a varied and honest menu. My basque cheesecake was absolutely superb. The flat white was spot on. I don’t care if it’s served in a glass or a plastic beaker. It’s not Starbucks nonsense. It’s the real deal. A great short of double strength coffee in a small shot. Let’s face it there is no such thing as a 12pz flat white. If it’s that big it’s not a flat white!! A lovely small textured coffee. Perfect And when the weather is good I bet the bay is gorgeous. All I can say to the staff is keep doing what you do so...
We decided to stop by this restaurant in hopes of finding a good coffee and delicious dessert. It turned out to be a fantastic and laid-back place with extremely friendly staff and excellent coffee. The pavlova and chocolate brownie were both outstanding. It is refreshing to discover a place that prioritizes customer satisfaction and serves high-quality food. We will definitely be returning.
Amazing breakfast here we had a homemade granola and yoghurt bowl with berries, fresh sourdough toast with butter and jam, and homemade beans on toast. We especially loved the coffee and how our flat whites were served in delicate little glasses on china tea plates. Staff also incredibly friendly and it was fast service. If you come to Skye you mustn't miss this place!

Much improved under the new owners. Better coffee, but a suggestion, mugs as an option, rather than small tea/coffee cups. Or maybe a cafetiere, or top-ups. Especially for the breakfast menu, many people prefer a larger drink for breakfast. Otherwise a definite improvement.
This place is fantastic and definitely worth a visit! The coffee cakes were absolutely delicious - we even ordered a second round! The service was extremely friendly... I can't wait to come back.
The restaurant has a welcoming and cozy atmosphere, serving delicious homemade dishes and excellent coffee with a beautiful scenic backdrop.
Unassuming gem of a place, so glad we stopped and tried it. Top quality food and service. Lovely atmosphere and decor. Highly recommend.
