Normally I would have given them 5 stars. This morning, no. They have been advertising on TV to BOGO Chicken Biscuit if you order on the app. I have the app and it comes up, then asks for a Promo Code. There is NO code anywhere and when I asked when I ordered, no one knows the code and the manager wasn't there. Ok.... so there evidently is poor communication in that store. No one knew the code and couldn't help me at all. So, I ended up paying $8.14 for 2 Chicken Biscuits. Bojangles, you blew it for me today. I am not happy. I started to drive off and go to Chick-fil-A. I didn't because I wanted to get my receipt so I could email Bojangles. The lady even said, alot of customer's have asked a...
I am a discerning customer who values honesty, and I can confidently say that Bojangles lives up to its reputation. The staff are welcoming, the restaurant is well-maintained, and the food is delicious. The chicken is hot and fresh, the biscuits are buttery, and the service is prompt. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the restroom. In these challenging times, it was refreshing to be treated with such care and respect. The employees at Bojangles truly deserve recognition and appreciation for their hard work. Our dining experience made us feel at ease and at home, and we were grateful for choosing this restaurant. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant today. The staff members were not friendly at all. I ordered a half and half tea but received no ice and the tea was unsweetened. My Cajun chicken was so hard that I couldn't eat it, and the chicken sandwich was sloppily thrown together. I did not receive my receipt and was unable to reach anyone by phone. I am hoping that the manager will contact me as this was the worst experience I have ever had at a Bojangles. I am extremely disappointed and feel like my money was wasted.
Update: Definitely improved! Great staff and great food!Since we’ve moved to Hickory this location is the closest to us and every single time we’ve eaten from here something is missing from our order. Every. Single. They were a little busy when I got there, but they were still friendly to me, and even more importantly: they got my order correct. It can be easy to lose focus during a rush, but they got it right!

Saw the add about a free chicken biscuit if ordered on the app. I didn't know how to do it or if there was a promo code, well neither did any of them.....

The restaurant was decent for a fast food establishment. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was unique with its curved glass design.
