After hearing rave reviews from friends and coworkers, my wife and I decided to check out this restaurant. From the moment we stepped inside, we were warmly greeted and felt right at home! The hostess was incredibly friendly and helpful. After placing our order, our food arrived within minutes of sitting down. My only regret is not snapping a photo of our meal before we dug in! Everything was outstanding! The homemade tortilla chips with queso were top-notch, and the salsa was just as fantastic! However, the real highlight was the authentic Mexican street tacos that we both devoured. Sometimes you get lucky and find a great little hole in the wall kind of place. If you like authentic Homestyle Mexican food this one of the best . You have to go through the store to get the restaurant. Very quaint style but it fits with the vibe andambiance. We order chicken tacos, a chicken gordita , and chicken fajitas. The tacos were delicious, little different than whatIam just too I tend to like the street style double mini tortilla. The Gordita was a great value for the size you can sharethat is what we did. I usually get takeout from this restaurant since it tends to be quite busy during dinner time. Their burritos and tacos are among the best I've had. The tacos are definitely worth the price, as they are quite large. Two tacos will fill you up, and three is more than enough if you're really hungry. Don’t be deceived by the grocery store nearby; the food here is excellent. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality Mexican cuisine. Burrito: 5/5, Tacos: 5/5.
I absolutely adore this restaurant! It's unique in its own way, but the food is just amazing! The service is a bit unconventional since you place your order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. The cuisine is authentic, and they have a fascinating selection of beers. Do you love authentic tacos? If so, this is your spot. Simple, delicious food. The location isn?t much to look at but most of the best places I?ve ever eaten were little hole in the wall type spots. food allergies prevent me from trying their impossible-based newer vegan tacos and queensadillas, but I would like to go here just to sit and eat their guacamole and fresh chips every day of the week. so good.
