This restaurant offers both meat and vegan choices, has friendly staff, and serves delicious and satisfying meals at reasonable prices. I ordered a regular bowl with Teriyaki Chicken, Jasmine Rice, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, and Herb Roasted Potatoes for takeout. The chicken and potatoes were excellent, the rice was tasty, and while the sprouts were decent, I felt they needed a bit more flavor. I'll likely explore other menu options on my next visit.
The best fresh food spot in Brandon. I love Fresh Kitchen in Tampa but always wanted something similar in Brandon and Bolay has topped Fresh Kitchen hands down. Friendly staff, fresh fresh food, quick service, clean establishment and a Manger that walks around and check on dine in customers. Price are affordable considering fresh food and it's right off of the road. Super easy to get to. I highly recommend you stopping by.
The app suggested that 5 stars are reserved for vegan restaurants. As a vegan myself, I really enjoy the buoyant, rice, and sweet dishes from this place. I absolutely love the Brussels sprouts! I always recommend it to friends who are looking for delicious and healthy options.

We ordered two vegan miso tofu bowls with the vegan creamy garlic and crimped dressing, just as it appears on the menu. The flavors were outstanding from start to finish, and the experience was incredible! We will definitely be back!
They never disappoint! The ingredients are always fresh, the portions are generous, and the delivery is always fast. I highly recommend the salmon and lemon chicken.
