Line service-style restaurant, choose your base, veggie, protein, and sauce. All vegan options are marked on the signs right next to the fresh food. Service is always fast and food is always hot and fresh. All bases and vegetables are vegan and they have amazingly glazed tofu for a protein option. I can never get enough of this place! #Veganuary
We ordered two of the vegan miso tofu bowls with the vegan creamy garlic and herb dressing just as it is in the menu. There was flavor all the way through, and it was amazing! We will definitely eat here again!
