We were one of two occupied tables at the restaurant. I had to remind two people to input my Open Table reservation into the computer. The waiter had difficulty understanding our order, and I had to correct him multiple times to ensure we received the right items. My coconut soup was watery and lacked coconut flavor. While my companion's main course arrived promptly, my meal, as well as the rice and bread, took an additional 5 minutes to be served. No apologies were given for the delay. Overall, I would rate the food as just okay, with better Indian restaurants available in the area.
Although the food was tasty, I would not dine at Bollywood Tadka again due to the incredibly poor service. I was completely ignored when I arrived at the restaurant, despite there being hardly any customers. They even seated an Indian couple who arrived after me before acknowledging my presence. When I finally got a table, it took a long time to place my order and I eventually had to go to the counter to ask for my bill in order to leave. No matter how delicious the food may be, it could not make up for the negative experience I had at this establishment.

I have visited Bollywood Tadka three times now, and each time has been enjoyable. The food is consistently delicious and the service is great. Our water glasses were always kept full, and the option to bring our own alcohol is a big plus. Overall, Bollywood Tadka is a fantastic discovery for Indian cuisine in the area.
