Our favorite restaurant on the Sunshine Coast. Fantastic friendly service and powerful, savory dishes. Pictured are a delightful Beef Vindaloo and Beef Malibu. The latter is given a powerful and rich palate on account of the Malibu Rum used in the recipe. Of the two wines on offer, the full-bodied Rose better holds it's own against the intense flavors offered on the menu, largely by virtue of it's residual sweetness. The Riesling is actually more on the dry side (despite the sweetness people often associate with the variety , and can't hold its own against strong curries. The Beef Vindaloo (ordered hot is reasonably mild enough for those less inclined to handle spice. If spice is your thing,...
