We booked the Bombay Chow Brasserie in Northwood for a family to celebrate Father's Day . We had requested to sit outside . There were a few tables scattered outside . The 2 big parasols were not working . The waiters were very prompt in cleaning tables and organising chairs for us . There were very few people 530 pm . Ordered food from here yesterday.My entire family and I felt sick after eating the food. Ever since we ate the food, we instantly felt acidic. The entire family has been throwing up continuously since morning and have got loose motions. We all have got severe food poisoning. When we called the restaurant to complain and report the problem, the person on the phone got extremely angry, started speaking rudely and used foul language instead of apologising or being sympathetic. Extremely disrespectful staff and highly disappointed. Do not recommend this restaurant at all. Go to Hakka Land instead. Better Quality and Hygiene
My wife's favourite cuisine so we made a booking for our wedding anniversary on Open Table, which was accepted. Only two slots were shown leading us to believe they were having a busy Saturday. After travelling an hour, to our horror, we see the restaurant is closed for dine in! At this point, it was too late to get a reservation anywhere else and their carelessness ruined our anniversary. Very unprofessional and appalling!

A pleasant setting overlooking the Golf links. Food was different to normal Asian food in that the dishes weren’t too oily. A small twist to the run of the mill dishes. Service was exemplary by one single young girl- Palash , who handled everything on her own with a smile. Well done . Will recommend
The service here is appalling. The manager is exceptionally rude. I placed an order for delivery through Uber eats and he forgot to give me 3 out of 4 dishes. When I called to rectify the situation he was incredibly inflexible and rude.
In the current situation you would expect better service. The manager is extremely rude, service appalling and portion sizes a joke. A very expensive meal and extremely dissapointing. Won't be going back!
Skip the rest. The noodles are horrendous, too chewy. The noodles have a strange smell. The only thing was worth eating and I did enjoy were the Chicken Lolypop pulled chicken)
