This will be the last time I go to a Bon Chon. The last three times Ive gone to a bon chon I was disappointed. This particular restaurant is overpriced and had slow service. I've visited several Bonchon locations in the past few years, and unfortunately, I've been disappointed each time. My most recent experience at the Crofton location will likely be my last. The food was quite poor. I ordered the soy garlic boneless wings and a side of kimchi. The wings lacked any garlic flavor and tasted like subpar frozen chicken bites with too much salt and very little sauce. I have been to several Bonchon restaurants in the last few years and everytime I'm disappointed. I believe this last visit to the Crofton location is my final attempt. The food was terrible. I ordered the soy garlic boneless wings and a side of kimchi. The wings had no garlic flavor, they tasted like bad frozen chicken bites with minimal sauce that had way too much salt. I've been visiting this location for years, but recently they've switched from their delicious chicken strips to standard dry chicken tenders, similar to what you can find in the supermarket freezer aisle. I'm very disappointed. I won't be ordering from Bonchon again unless they bring back their original chicken strips. It looks like it's time to search for a new Korean fried chicken place. Fortunately, there are plenty of options in my area.
I visited Bonchon Crofton for the first time and ordered the tenders and garlic fries. The fries were so delicious that I ended up eating them first and got quite full because the portion was very generous! I reheated the chicken the next day (though I couldn’t resist tasting a piece right away) and it was just as tasty as on the first day. I’ve never had chicken that tastes this good even after reheating.
I had heard great things about Bonchon Crofton, so I decided to order takeout. The food arrived warm and in generous portions. However, the chicken and rice lacked flavor. The fries were the best part of the meal. Was my order satisfactory? Yes. Was it outstanding? Not really. I would consider coming back to try other items on the menu.
First time here got tenders and garlic fries. The fries were so good I ate then first and got full they gave me so many lol. Heated up the chicken next day (I took a bite the day I got it cause I wanted to try it) it was still as good as the first day.I've never had chicken that was just as good the next day when you heat it up.

I recently visited this restaurant for the first time. The service was swift, and I waited about 15 minutes for my food. I opted for takeout. As you can see in the picture, there is no indoor seating because of Covid restrictions. The food was fresh and delicious. I will definitely be returning!
