When I first walked in, I am always nice to everyone i see so i made eye contact with the young black man there and said hi and he just looked at me like i was a problem or something, i ignored it and waited at the register for 10 whole minutes (no one else was in there so they just let me sit there until they decided they wanted to work again) before a young white man with a “man” bun came out and he greeted me the exact same way the other man did. Food was ok but issues occured due to staff. We had ordered online and they were out of one of the items we ordered but we had paid extra for it. They offered us to give us an the meal without the item we paid extra for. It's always good to support our first responders. However, this location has been the worst by far. At one time in the past, it was the place to eat and support. But recently, the past several times there is either not enough staff to handle orders in a timely fashion, when that was addressed the staff screwed up an online order of 4 subs which were all not what was ordered. They didn't follow the menu or order and figured to make what they wanted. When I called to mention the order was incorrect, I was told to come in for a full refund. My company has ordered from Firehouse in the past, but this experience was the worst. Not only the order came incomplete and incorrect, they were not willing to take steps that are necessary to correct the order. Your resolution was nothing to do. I don't talk about 1 or 2 subs, it was 12 and a salad. The only thing that was right with the whole order was the salad. The subs came either to the wrong bread and/or missing meat. There were 4 soda missing together with several chips. They didn't even need the time to mark the subs to clarify what you are. When we called their answer to the problem, nothing was to be done. Big disappointment once again. This location has gone downhill. The staff knows absolutely nothing about anything and really isn't interested in finding out. They know nothing about the rewards system and said it only applies to the app. Then didn't have large rolls so I got 2 medium subs. 1 white and 1 wheat. Is right on the receipt but got 2 wheat subs. I should have checked everything before I left. Used to have great customer service but that was a long time ago. I sent an email telling them about the bad service I received last time and of course I never heard anything back. I would not recommend this location.
The quality of this Firehouse Subs has significantly declined. Just in the past few days, I’ve seen multiple 1- to 2-star reviews, and my experience aligns with those recent ratings. The restaurant was unclean, and to make matters worse, there was a spider crawling on the bag when I picked up my order. My meal was missing a salad, and the lower parts of my sandwich were packed vertically in the bag, causing the dressings to spill everywhere. Additionally, the salad I did receive was missing several ingredients. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at any sub shop.
Kudos to the owner/manager of this location. I love Firehouse and after my last 2 bad experiences in Annapolis and prince Frederick I was ready to never go back again but this visit exceeded my expectations. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door I had placed a mobile order and told the gentleman working and he said my name and it would just be a few minutes they were just finishing it. I felt welcomed and the food was made exactly right. I wish I lived closer to this location as I miss this type of service and quality of food. Thank you for a fantastic visit.
This was our first visit here and I'm not sure we'll seek it out again any time soon . . . The sub was tasty, but decidedly not what I ordered . . . Came home to discover that it was missing the cucumbers, but still included the ham . . . when we arrived we were the only patrons, more customers arrived after, it still took 10+ minutes for a medium a kid's sub . . .

Ordered a Italian sub. Young lady Madalynn who took my order was EXCEPTIONALLY friendly an professional. The young men who prepared my sandwich were fast and friendly. No complaints and will definitely return if I?m in the area with a taste for FHS.
