Nice little place. We stopped in here due to a detour after an accident and we were looking for a place to eat. There are a couple of picnic tables outside and plenty of seating inside. The staff is very friendly. I ordered the shrimp platter and it was great, the shrimp were generally sized, great breading and cooked perfect. The fries were amazing, hot and crispy. The wife ordered the chicken salad sandwich. It was huge and everything fresh. We found out its made by the wife and you could tell. We ate outside since we had our dogs with us and it was nice and not noisy even though it's right by the main road. At first I was skeptical, thinking pizza in the boondocks at a place called the Boondocks!? Well to my surprise the pizza was fantastic. To add to that the staff was courteous and quick to help me. My food was served fast, hot and delicious!! The atmosphere is very cozy and extremely clean. If your in the area or even close by, do yourself a flavor see what I did there) and stop on by you can?t go wrong. You may like the food so much you may want to move there. We stopped in to have dinner after hiking the Batona Trail. We are so glad we did. Wonderful host and wonderful food! Homemade soup was awesome! Also got cookies on the way out which were very tasty! We will be back for sure as it is important to us to frequent establishments like this rather than the large chains! Well done and thanks!
Stopped here after kayaking all day and was blown away by the service. Staff were super kind and attentive and made us feel right at home. Had the wings made the special way and they were AWESOME. Like woah. We will def make this a regular stop.
