borsa pasta cucina seems known for her fresh pasta and great eating, but what really bleededed away tonight was the hospitality professionalism of the personal! it was a lively place, I was invaded, had to wait for a table. but I didn't care, during all the waiting and even when I finally sat, I was recognized and sought. from waiting staff to the chefs (open kitchen and they were right next to the entrance) to barista and the dame on washing tasks that smiled from the saloon door. as they saw me standing there, they checked in gently and asked if I looked around, or said they wanted me a place, etc., which was really nice. not every busy restaurant would be made with one of the whole night,...
Our favourite place for pasta. Freshly made and authentic Italian sauces. Only complaint is they took the lasagne off the menu It was truly Adelaide's best. Had the squid ink, crab linguine special and rigatoni with meatballs tonight and both were stunning. Always walk out full with generous servings. Great service. Thanks. Delicious Linguine Mare!! The flavours are so delicious we were all dipping bread in the sauce to get every last bit of it. Beef Carpaccio was also delicious. Only thing I would have liked is to try the Tiramisu minus alcohol but unfortunately this wasn’t possible. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
