On our first visit we were very pleasantly surprised .The coffee is exceptional ...why ? because of the Roaster , Tom Green who provides the coffee .The former owner of" Bossman ",Tom sold the cafe & now roasts in Victoria Park . His comercial coffee business is called "Twin Peaks ". Our coffees , "double espressos" were very well made . We asked about its origen & were told that it was Ethiopian . Kam hier an einem Samstag-Arvo-Spaziergang mit einem Freund. Ich habe ein kleines flaches Weiß bestellt, das ziemlich klein war und für 4 Dollar, den ich dachte, es sei etwas überteuert. Es war jedoch sehr glatt und gut hergestellt und die Vibes waren im Café ziemlich cool, fühlte sich wie eine kleine Bar an. Der Service war gut. Ich würde empfehlen, es für einen ruhigen, alternativen Kaffee-Ort auszuprobieren.
Bossman ist ein angenehmer Kaffee- und leichte Mahlzeitserfahrung. Set mit interessantem Retro-Dekor, der Kaffee wird sorgfältig gefertigt und die Baklava und andere ähnliche Süßigkeiten sind eindeutig so gut oder besser als zu Hause. Came here on a Saturday arvo stroll with a friend. I ordered a small flat white which was quite small and for $4 I thought it was slightly overpriced. However it was very smooth and well made and the vibes were pretty cool in the cafe, felt like a small bar. Service was good. I would recommend trying it out for a quiet, alternative coffee venue.
only been once, but coffee was super awesome - creamy texture (even with skinny milk!) and tasted smooth. staff were all really nice. went on a tuesday afternoon, and felt perfectly comfortable sitting and reading a book here for about an hour and a half. hoping the next times will be as great, as i'm definitely planning on coming back :) Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Bossman is an enjoyable coffee and light meal experience. Set with interesting retro decor, the Coffee is carefully crafted and the baklava and other similar sweets are clearly as good or better than home made. Staff are great and clearly know how to run a small cafe. They deserve their popularity. Worth the effort
